Curriculum
JNY Kids Club offers our children a friendly environment for them to learn about their Jewish roots and gain a true sense of Jewish pride, no matter their level of observance. Children, ages 5 through 11, will acquire a broad knowledge of Judaism in an interactive and fun manner.
The lessons are multi-sensory and hands-on, ensuring that the students truly experience what they are being taught.

Hebrew Reading
Our Hebrew reading class uses the 'DotbyDot' Hebrew reading curriculum.
The worksheets introduce each Nekudah in a fun manner. A child is guided step by step as they learn the different sounds, and letter combinations. Letters blend into words, and Hebrew reading begins! Special Feature! Students will work in small groups together with teen volunteers. This will offer guidance for each student on an individual basis. |
Jewish Holidays & Topics Your child will be given the opportunity to explore Jewish Holidays in a practical and meaningful way. Hands on demonstrations and crafts, will be offered before each holiday.
Jewish Topics A rotating curriculum is in place. Topics will vary from Jewish history, blessings on food, Shabbat and Kosher food. Each child is encouraged to ask questions and learn core concepts in Judaism. |
